A: Yes, this is just the start of this venture, we hope to be adding many more products to the list. Sweets and chocolate will be next in line.
A: There are several different sweeteners used, Maltitol, Isomalt, Potassium Acesulfame, Lactitol. These are all artificial sweeteners. The no added sugar items contain natural sugars aswell as sweeteners.
A: No, there is no minimum order and no, you don’t have to have an account to shop with us. We give you the option of having an account if you want one, this is just for your convenience, if you order regularly you won’t have to repeatedly type in your personal details each time you order from us (please note: we do NOT store credit card information).
A: All parcels are sent by courier and all orders received before 10.00 a.m. will be dispatched the same day. For UK mainland destinations you can expect to receive your order in 2 - 3 days (if not sooner). When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with a link for you to track your parcel. All our orders are fully trackable which allows us to offer a better service.
A: We accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO/SWITCH, SOLO.
Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.
Our payment system is created in collaboration with Barclaycard UK ePDQ. We use SSL-256bit encryption in order to secure data transfer. We do not store any information related to our customer's card data. All financial data is transmitted in encrypted form to affiliate banks. You can be completely safe in the knowledge that nothing you enter as part of a secure Sugarless Treats transaction can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
